As part of a larger campus site improvement effort, the Administration Office relocation at M.P. Brown Elementary School focused on enhancing campus security and visitor management. Historically, the school’s main office was located near the center of campus, an arrangement common in older school designs but one that no longer aligns with modern security practices.

To improve safety and access control, the main office was relocated to the front of the campus, creating a secure entry point that requires all visitors to check in before entering school grounds. The new location not only strengthens campus supervision but also provides a more visible and welcoming presence for students, staff, and the community.

This strategic relocation supports the district’s broader commitment to safe and secure learning environments, ensuring that the school’s operations and access points align with current safety standards and best practices.

The interior design of the new office reflects the school’s pride and identity, incorporating colors and design elements that celebrate the creativity of elementary-age students. The result is a space that feels both secure and inviting, promoting a positive first impression for families and fostering a strong sense of school community.
