KATARINA BRADLEY AIA, CID
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
For the past decade, I’ve been fortunate to work on a wide variety of architectural projects across the Bay Area. My experience spans commercial, residential, and multi-family developments, with a strong focus over the last several years on public works and K–12 educational facilities. These projects have given me a deep appreciation for thoughtful, purposeful design, especially when it serves a broader community.
My journey into architecture began with a degree in interior design, which sparked a love for how spaces feel and function from the inside out. That passion led me to pursue my architecture license, a goal I worked toward for eight years before becoming a licensed architect in 2025. With a background in both interiors and architecture, I approach each project holistically, designing not just buildings, but environments that balance form, function, and visual clarity. I truly believe that well-designed spaces can elevate the way we live, work, and connect with one another.
My goal is to bring approachable, intentional architecture to Lake County and the surrounding region, whether that means designing a custom home, revitalizing a commercial space, or helping bring a public project to life.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know a bit about me. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

How it Works
Every project is unique, and I believe the design process should feel collaborative, transparent, and grounded in your goals. Whether you’re building a new home, reimagining a commercial space, or planning a public facility, I’m here to guide you from concept to completion.

Here’s what you can expect when we work together:
Initial Consultation

We’ll start with a conversation—about your needs, ideas, site, timeline, and budget. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine the right path forward.

Site Evaluation & Research

I’ll gather key information about your property, zoning requirements, and project constraints. For public or commercial projects, this may include stakeholder coordination or working with municipalities.

Schematic Design
Based on our conversations and research, I’ll develop early design concepts that reflect your goals, style, and budget. We’ll review sketches, layouts, and 3D models to refine the vision together.

Design Development

Once a direction is chosen, we’ll move into more detailed drawings, materials, and systems planning. I’ll coordinate with any necessary consultants (engineers, surveyors, etc.) to ensure the design is feasible and buildable.

Construction Documents & Permitting

I’ll prepare the technical drawings and documents required for permits and construction. I also assist with navigating the permitting process, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

Construction Support

During construction, I’m available to answer questions, review progress, and support you and your builder to help ensure everything stays aligned with the original design.
