The Silicon Valley Glass Tenant Improvement project was designed to showcase the company’s expertise in innovative glass applications while addressing their evolving space needs. The client sought a larger, more functional conference room and a refreshed, open office environment.
As part of the redesign, the former reception area was transformed into an open and inviting entry space that highlights a striking glass-fronted conference room. The glass entrance features a pair of large sliding double glass doors supported by clad engineered steel beams. The ceiling was exposed to enhance the sense of openness and modern industrial appeal. Inside the conference room, a reclaimed wood accent wall was added to introduce warmth and texture, and visually accentuate the extensive use of glass. Silicon Valley Glass fabricated all glass elements for the project, further emphasizing their craftsmanship and brand identity. The client personally selected the color palette to reflect their company’s aesthetic and culture.
Beyond the entry and conference space, the remainder of the office was reconfigured to include additional private offices and upgraded desking systems. The new workstations were designed at a slightly lower height to promote an open, collaborative environment while maintaining individual privacy.
The result is a clean, functional, and visually compelling workspace that integrates the company’s materials and expertise into the design itself.
