Backyard Design

The goal of this project was to assist the client in making informed decisions for their backyard design. While the clients had ideas for the space, they were uncertain about how the layout would function and whether a proposed shade structure might block sunlight inside the home.

To guide their decision-making, multiple design renderings were provided to help the clients visualize different options. A video sun study was also created to demonstrate how sunlight moves through the backyard and interior throughout a typical summer day, allowing the clients to make confident choices that balanced aesthetics, functionality, and light exposure.
